Just okay, September 28, 2011 By  Buddyjay - See all my reviews This review is from: Paraflex Disposable Parchment Paper Dehydrator Sheets - 12 X 12 - !00 Pack I bought these sheets since they were cheaper than the Excalibur Paraflex Sheets. They do the job but I feel they seem to be a little thin. When I first used them to make kale chips, the ends flapped a bit in the dehydrator, from the air. They do the job well of not letting food stick but next time I will probably just use natural parchment paper.
