Hansen "JBH" - See all my reviews    This review is from: Victorio VKP1050 Digital Food Dehydrator with Timer (Kitchen) We've had this dehydrator since this spring and we really like it. We've used it for jerky and dried fruit mostly and it works great with both. Ours was missing one of the little rubber feet off the bottom which didn't affect the operation at all, but we contacted the manufacturer and they were very friendly and sent us a replacement foot right away. Recommended! Having a timer is well worth the extra $ for this unit. This review is from: Victorio VKP1050 Digital Food Dehydrator with Timer (Kitchen) Seems flimsy, was missing a foot for us also...just a little thing and we would have bought some at a hardware store if the grapefruit, lemons, limes, oranges we sliced thinly seemed to ever completely dry. This was our first try so the 3 start is giving the benefit.... Timer seems less important on this type of gadget than we expected since "over-dry" doesn't seem like a bad thing.
